I was invited to an exclusive cooking demonstration conducted by chef André Chiang with help from Philip Huang, Julian Hee and Utt.

Chef André was introducing his collaboration with De Dietrich, a luxury innovative appliances brand. They bring fashion into the kitchen with the launch of its leather-clad series of kitchen appliances and customisation services during MFW2011.

Right after the presentation, I went to watch Raoul first full menswear show of their latest Fall/Winter 2011 collection.

Philip Huang opened the show.

The collection is all about classic luxury for the modern man.

I'm all excited for the nude trend for men. They are all looking sleek and defined.

Colors are matt and even. Shapes are free of superfluous details, with super-trim trousers worn just short of his heavily polished shoes.

At last, the breathtaking finale.

With understated elegance, clean lines and redefined tailoring, this collection sports classic styles with subtly arresting details that channels the style of a modern man.

I was wearing a black blazer with sheer sleeves from Global Citizen.
