Alexander McQueen Fall 2011

It started off with some tweeds and corsets. People may say that the first quarter of the collection looks too much like Chanel but com on, tweed is not owned by Chanel. Sarah Burton creates a winter fairy-tale feeling throughout the show. From dark persona, to the white princess, everything is put together exquisitely.

The second half of it is very dreamy, remember Carrie Bradshaw's one thousand layer dress she wore in Paris? Plus, these will look amazing in editorials and maybe the red carpet.

The last dress could be my wedding dress, if I were tall.

  3. This collection is just drop dead gorgeous! I totally disagree with the Chanel look-alike comments, there definitely is McQueen flare in all the outfits.

  4. That second white full length dress is a dream! Can you imagine what the royal wedding dress would look like if Sarah Burton is really designing it?
