NYFW Spring 2012: The brights

I've handpicked some notable looks from Spring 2012. Most of them are the more wearable, therefore hopefully it will inspire you to mix and match whatever you currently have in your wardrobe. Okay by that, I mean this simple, easy to create, yet effortlessly chic combination from Marc by Marc Jacobs.

I've shared to some of you about my addiction to professional tailoring. It is so awesome, plus I get warranted to have my own unique clothes, that are not available anywhere, and well since the cost in my hometown is pretty low, that's a good enough reason. I'd definitely get the red pants above tailored.

Christian Siriano came up with the 'simple shirt and exaggerated skirt combo' again. Which I adore. I need to get invited to a summer party so that I can wear these looks.

Looks like I really need to get a nude colored basic tee.

These are from Diane von Furstenberg. In fact, you can pre-order the dress now from Moda Operandi.

Oscar opened his show with a ball gown this season. I personally like this crochet top and the red taffeta below the knee, and full-skirted combination. The second dress is also surreal. Love love love this shade of yellow.

Derek Lam, always the right person to design anything clean and luxe. The second look is major.
