Hello Kitty covers Elle Taiwan

Yes it seems surreal but this is no joke. Hello Kitty made it as the cover of Elle. I don't know whether this is a tribute to Hello Kitty or a PR tactic to create hype but after all it works. The fashion world is currently talking about it.

I have several questions in my mind the moment I saw these. First, is the editor in chief a huge Hello Kitty fan? Secondly, what's Anna Wintour's take on this? Finally, will we see more cartoon characters all dressed up in couture in the next few months?

By the way, they say that this dress is derived from McQueen feather dress. What do you think? I know Hello Kitty fans out there will get crazy. Can't wait to see the editorial inside.
