Today's the day when technology meets fashion. There's an iPad case slash clutch trend, like the all-time favorite Marc by Marc Jacobs neoprene case, or even this PS1 Citron iPad case I'm actually hooked on.
Cameras are increasingly popular these days perhaps because of Facebook and blogs and how people are willing to share great photos with their friends. And then all of a sudden, the camera cases becomes important too. People want something chic, something luxurious, and perhaps something to show off. Basically, the idea of Proenza Schouler producing these, is very brilliant. I mean, if I have the money, I would of course have it by now.
As for now, I don't know whether my camera will fit in. You don't know whether yours will. I think it's time to change the decision process of buying the camera first and then get a camera case. Just because it's Proenza Schouler, it makes enough sense to actually get the camera case first and find something that could fit in. Maybe not. Maybe just carry it empty. These camera bags are available for purchase online at the Proenza Schouler website, for USD1850. It's not cheap I know. That's why I settled on this Style Scrapbook for Kipling.
